Shipping and Returns

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all items to all major destinations, so the price you see is the price you pay.

All orders are processed within 2 - 7 business days. Thereafter, the average shipping time during normal situations for most orders is about 3 - 6 weeks. 

Please allow for possible delays during the busy periods, such as seasonal sales, Christmas and special holidays, etc. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery times may also be affected due to customs inspections, clearance or delays by the postal service within the destination country. Depending on your country, there may be additional customs fees/taxes levied by your customs authority.

During exceptional situations, such as the Covid-19 pandemic or other similar circumstances, delivery times may also be affected due to a large proportion of flights ceasing operation and/or reduced service levels by a country's postal service, posing a challenge for international transportation. Please allow for possible delays during such times.

Should your order take longer than 10 weeks to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.

If you ordered more than one item, it is possible that you will receive them separately. If available, each item will be sent with its own tracking code.

 

Shipping Guarantee

For the vast majority of times, our items are shipped to you without mishap. However, international shipping can sometimes be unpredictable. That is why if your item ever gets lost in the shipping process, we will send you a brand new replacement, at our expense. We bear the risk of missing shipments, so that you can shop with peace of mind. 

Please note that it will take additional time for the replacement item to reach you. To guard against abuse, we will only ship one replacement per item ordered.

If you believe your item is lost in the shipping process (for example, there has been no update on the tracking status for 6 to 8 weeks and there are no exceptional situations that might account for the delay), please write in to info@nolabelwatch.com with your order number and delivery address, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We currently do not offer express shipping options.

 

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

We work with carefully selected manufacturing partners to ensure that the quality of our watches meets our expectations. Hence, starting from all purchases made on or after 1st January 2020, we are providing a One Year Warranty for all our watches. The warranty commences from the date of purchase and covers original manufacturing defects in the movement of the watch. It does not cover scratches or finishing on the external case, strap or other external parts of the watch.

If your watch has somehow stopped working within one year from the date of purchase, please send us an email at info@nolabelwatch.com, and cite your order number and shipping address used in that order.

When returning the item, please ensure that your name, order number and return address are included on or inside the package.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved (please see the exemptions and exceptions below), we will send you a free replacement item. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same watch model. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

Please return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a tracked and ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

 

EXEMPTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Our Warranty does not cover the following scenarios:

(1) The problem is caused by damage, accidental or otherwise, through rough or careless treatment while in the possession of a consumer that is not a result by an original defect in material or workmanship. 

(2) The damage is caused by an accident, misuse, or failure to follow the proper handling provisions. 

(3) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear & tear or accident.

(4) The damage caused by moisture due to improper handling, such as showering or swimming with the watch.

(5) Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by third parties.

(6) There was no defect in the watch movement, but rather a simple battery replacement was needed.

(7) The proof of purchase is not presented/verified or when the warranty period has expired.
